1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BarberBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

For Customers:

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• One account per person

For Barbers:

• You must have valid business credentials
• You must provide accurate shop and service information
• You must maintain professional standards
• You are responsible for service quality

3. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to barber approval
• Payment must be made at time of booking
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
• No-shows may result in booking fees

4. Payment Terms

• All payments processed through Razorpay
• Platform charges a service fee (commission)
• Refunds processed as per cancellation policy
• Prices displayed are final (inclusive of taxes)

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

• 24+ hours before: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund

Barber Cancellations:

• Must notify customer immediately
• Customer receives full refund
• Repeated cancellations may result in suspension

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake accounts or bookings
• Harass other users
• Share inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass payment system
• Use platform for illegal activities
• Scrape or copy platform data

7. Service Quality

• Barbers must maintain hygiene standards
• Services must match descriptions
• Customer complaints will be investigated
• Platform reserves right to suspend non-compliant barbers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BarberBook (logos, text, images, code) is owned by us or licensed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BarberBook is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of services provided by barbers
• Disputes between customers and barbers
• Personal injuries during service
• Loss or theft of personal belongings

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Direct communication with platform support
2. Mediation if necessary
3. Jurisdiction: Gulbarga, Karnataka, India

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
